What I was thinking was since it seems that the memory randomization has been completed (but not yet released) and the QR is being worked on in order to download the payload, if we couldn't get the QR to work to download the payload, but to still access it, we could get into the HBL and have an app that could install the payload like oot3dhax.
Ah, okay, I understand now. To me, I'm not sure if it's too likely; other homebrew apps that have been used to install hax would simply write a whole save file, whereas Ninjhax mimicked a custom level, right? And can the Cubic Ninja QR code reader load the HBL itself?

I think you're right on the custom level part. I believe that the QR reader did give you the option of installing the exploit or not, but I don't know if it'd need to download anything if you did it that way, as I never had.

Hey everyone ! I've got a problem, with Reinand 11.0 E, i can't use anymore my amiibo on my new 3ds ! D: Is it anormal issue for the last update of reinand, or not ?

I've really really used FBI for pending titles, but you're welcome to try.

And what do you mean "luma tells me it could brick or lose a9lh"? I can enter recovery mode fine on my A9LH 3DS with Luma.

I was using a different Luma before when it told that, just tried recovery mode and it still won't update in that lol, I've got no fucking idea what's going on

Strange, but I meant to just enter recovery mode and then cancel out of it, as that deletes the predownloaded update.

Try doing it again and/or updating through system settings.

If that doesn't work, I don't know what to tell you. Maybe try a different SD card?

Here's how it'd possibly work.

UPDATE TO 11.0 >> ENTER CUBIC NINJA >> SCAN 11.0 QR (with no download feature) >> GO INTO HBL >> DOWNLOAD APP TO INSTALL PAYLOAD >> INSTALL PAYLOAD >> DO A HAPPY DANCE (optional)

Yeah, no. Unfortunately because the entrypoint is using a cubic ninja exploit, you don't have the permissions needed to http unless you ROP them (which I think it's not possible). The ROP code is inside the payload you are trying to download and the ROP code is also responsible of launching HBL.

In short terms, HBL won't load. Even if it did, HBL won't have http permissions.

But you could download the payload by hand in PC, rename it accordingly, put it into the SD root and then do your cubic ninja qr. The code will find the appropiate payload like if it was downloaded by the system and boot it like it should. HBL will launch. You still lack http permissions.

If the guys have worked on http permissions escalation during ROP, you could then use http in HBL. But when you are in HBL http should not matter anymore.

Hmm, well, that idea could work. Thanks for telling me. I wasn't sure if my idea would work or not, just thought I'd throw it out there.

It's not a wild idea of mine. Downloading the payload by hand in the homebrew launcher page should do the trick.

yeah, but there is still the problem of no http access in homebrew.

Which is an "acceptable" loss. Not much homebrew uses http. If menuhax worked, well, you could still download the payload by hand too.
If it really, really, really disturbs you, go get a Super Mystery Dungeon. They didn't patch http in there, so is still able to do everything as usual.
