Homebrew Video player for 3DS?

Is there any kind of MP4/MKV/<enter video format here> player for 3DS? I know you can do something with CIA videos but don't they have a 10min limit? I wanna do something like put anime on my SD card and watch it when I'm out and about, say, at college, where I have no internet connection (otherwise i'd just privately upload to youtube lol). Any homebrew/app that can do this? I have A9LH sysNAND 11.0 if you're wondering, before I get the "only on cfw" etc things :c

There are some homebrew video players afaik, but video quality on the 3ds in general is bad because of the resolution

Indeed. Unfortunately, those all seem to be fairly useless, only one or two are video players, and they don't seem to be fully functional.

And here I was hoping someone would want to watch 3d movies or at least 3d porn or something. I guess no one has any interest in porting something workable.
