Hacking R4 Purchasing Question

I've been asking for a bit and no reply so I thought I'd make a thread basically I've recently tried buying that really cheap R4 on ndscard home page the 8 dollar usd one for ds but you can make it work on 3ds with a cia. Basically either I'm blind or you have to pay with PayPal or some western union thing and I'm looking for an option with Master card either I'm blind or I can't order from there is there any other good site for a really cheap ds flashcart that will ship to Canada?

Don't bother with the other sites if you're having trouble with payment. Search "3ds dual core" on eBay, it'll be around $15 but hey it's worth it!

Use your MasterCard with paypal. Just setup an account. You can trust nds-card with paypal, I've bought from them using that before.
