With or without 9.2 nand.bin file? Back when 10.4 was released you can downgrade it to 10.2 with a hard mod and no 9.2 nand.bin and then use sysupdater for 9.2

Kind of. Nintendo patched the Loader module to make it so that CN and OOT no longer have access to the internet, and some RAM addresses were changed too IIRC. It works on CFW though, due to it using a custom Loader module without those patches.

tl;dr: If you don't have CFW, its patched. If you do, congrats, its not.

It's not a new exploit, it's the same exploit that was used for hardmod downgrades before we figured out how to get menchunkhax work on 10.6 and 10.7.

I know, i was the first trusted source to confirm it worked back than with 10.5. It was always said, if native firm was updated it would than be patched. We now have it updated and no trusted source that ive seen yet has confirmed it to work.

I thought that it would be patched if the version number of native_firm was updated, and that they didn't bother updating the version number on this.

Some guys are saying you can update your CFW and rename your HBL payload and it will work.

I just want to know if its safe for me to update, Im on a 2DS with 9.2 SysNand and 10.7 EmuNand using RXTools CFW

Step 1. Switch From RxTools to Luma3DS
Step 2. Follow the guide for arm9loaderhax
Step 3. Update through system settings.

NTR works fine for me on 11.0 so it doesn't seem the svcBackdoor patch rendered it unusable. Everything is working normal on my N3DSXL with AuReiNand

You still need the NTR firm. Otherwise it won't work.
