Hacking Help! Think I lost A9LH hax...

Ok I think I have a rather unique situation here...

I was able to follow the guide and get otp.bin as well as A9LH hax to work. So I have sysand 9.0 and emunand 10.7. And I was able to access decrypt9, luma3DS, menuhax and all. So far so good.

However, when I was restoring a sysnand 9.0, something must have gone wrong. Next thing you know, I booted up and I couldn't get to decrypt 9, luma3DS, menuhax or anything any more. Instead, I was now somehow on sysnand 10.7. well at least i still have FBI - so I thought. but when I click on it gave me an error...

I have otp.bin, as well as the original 9.2 sysnand backup and all those files.

Unfortunately I don't have cubicninja and can't reinstall menuhax again...

So am I stuck on 10.7 now?

Go buy the Nintendo selects version of ocarina of time. It's only $30 at target and and powersave so you can use oot hax

Is there any other way to restore sysnand 9.0? I have backups (as well as otp.bin, arm9loaderhax.bin). Just somehow not loaded by my N3DS now...

Try boot the N3DS without an sd card. If it boots, then A9LH is not there

Unfortunately I don't have cubicninja and can't reinstall menuhax again...

There's no Menuhax on 10.7 anyhow. Your only hope is to grab OoT3D+Powersaves (or CN or Sky) and, if your A9LH has vanished, use that to downgrade to reinstall A9LH. (Edit: Or to restore on old Nand backup.)

If you restored your sysnand, your a9lh installation got overwritten with sysnand FIRMs.

Did you use Restore NAND (keep a9lh)?

If you restored your sysnand, your a9lh installation got overwritten with sysnand FIRMs.

Depends on the version of Decrypt9 he used, as well as if he used "Keep A9LH" or not. It's a fairly recent addition.

Assuming he didn't, and just flashed the sysnand back, he definitely lost A9LH

what sysnand you restored?if is the first you have backuped at the start of the guide,sorry but you cancelled a9hax!after gained otp the next step is to melt/inject your updated emunand(10.7 i think)into sysnand...have you done that?

i have. i have several backups of emunand and sysnand. but unforutnately it doesn't look like there is a way to inject/restore them now...

Congrats! The other day, I accidentally updated Sysnand using System Updates with GW(instead of Luma3DS), which resulted in a hardbricked console. I tried to perform a hardmod, but it even failed. So I ended up buying another N3DS XL and reinstalled A9LH. A $200 lesson.
