I just installed ReiNand onto my n3ds. And now I have no idea what to do. I am new to this. It is an unlinked nand, with the ReiNand one at latest firmware.

What I did was get the 0004013820000202.cia from "3DNUS" and patched it with "New3DS_AGB_FIRM_v4816_SignPatcher.exe" Then I installed using FBI from the Health Stock Icon.
Next I installed a GBA.cia and now I am getting the Error, Restart your 3DS.

This guide https://www.reboot.ms/forum/threads/how-to-install-gbc-gba-and-dsi-games-in-cia-format.2057/ says I need both the 0004013820000202.cia and AGB_Firm-New.cia but I cannot find the 2nd AGB_Firm-New.cia. It says I need to install the GBA.cia in both the emuNand and the sysNand. And I am guessing that the emuNand is the CFW and the sysNand is the Official FW?

Please advise me on what to do next. I've been looking at how to install through sysNand but I don't know how to get to it. I tried to install the CIA from the FBI.3dsx from Homebrew Launcher but it gave me an error and didn't install.

Do you have the CIA installed on both sysNAND and EmuNAND?
That's what I'm trying to do. I stated that I don't know what the emuNand and the sysNand are. And that I didn't know how to install to the 2nd Nand besides the way I installed it from the FBI's Stock Health Application.

What cfw are you using. rx tools and aureinand(luma3ds) will patch the cfw for you to run the gba gaMES, but If you are using rednand you need to install th eactuall gba cia on both emu(red) and system nand, this is a bit redundant in my opinion so I just install my gba games on sysnand and not emunand (assuming you are using both and not a9lh with just sysnand)

I have an old 3dsxl with gateway emunand at 10.7, and a sysnand on 9.2, I couldn't get the gba stuff to work on emunand no matter what I tried, untill I installed the gba cia on sysnand too. Then I figured why take up twice as much space (albeit its small) and just run it from sysnand with menu hax loading rxtools setup to load auto to sysnand, and if I want emunand I just select gateway or cakes from the ctrbootmanager that gets loaded at start with menu hax. If you are using a cfw (not cakes) that can patch the sysnand for agb_firm you don't need to mess with that cia install on nand, just need to make sure you are installing the gba cia file on the sysnand.

You should be able to boot both sysNAND (just boot, no hax or anything, run a cfw like Pasta from here is how I did it before I used A9LH) and EmuNAND, using CFW to install to both

When I boot regularly, the stock firmware is the sysNand? In that state, I can't do anything. I can't install anything.

The guide also says that I can change the Nand from the FBI app using L. But that doesn't work. The only buttons I can do is A-Confirm, B-Back, X-Refresh, and Y-More(Install All Cia, Delete Cia, Copy, Paste)

Yes, what I am trying to do. So when I installed it on the CFW ReiNand using the FBI Stock Health App. that is the EmuNand. Am I correct?

How am I supposed to install it on the sysNand?

When booting on sysNAND, let it boot, then use *hax to load a CFW such as miniPasta so you are on CFW sysNAND.

What is *hax? like ironhax?

And that means I have to install an addition CFW alongside ReiNand CFW to install CIA on the sysNand?

So this means that ReiNand installs on the emuNand and another CFW will install on the sysNand? I can't do it with what i currently have?

You don't need to install miniPasta, it's basically just patches to patch the sig checks on sysNAND. And yes, *hax is ironhax, browserhax, menuhax, etc.

You need to use an exploit to load a cfw that run on your sysnand, probably from homemenuhax, browser hax or cubic ninja or something in sysnand. Then I used decrypt9 in hombrew menu to inject fbi into health and safty app of sysnand (not it will only actually run if you are in a cfw or minipasta) then you can install the gba rom cia to sysnand, and run your cfw that has gb patching built in (in sysnand, usually someplace in settings for most) and you are good to go

Wait, I already did the Decrypt9 and have the FBI on my Health and Safety App. Does that mean I have the game installed on my sysNand but not my emuNand then? I'm using browserhax to get into the Homebrew.

Also, on the Firmware that I have the FBI on my Health and Safety App, when I go into my settings, it says REI on the left of the Firmware Version ID.

I'm still lost on which one is the emuNand and which is the sysNand now.

The EmuNAND is the one with REI beside the FW Version. sysNAND will just say "Ver X.X.X-XX" You need to boot *hax on sysNAND, run miniPasta, it'll allow you to run FBI on sysNAND to install the GBA CIA onto sysNAND. Sounds like you have it all installed on EmuNAND already so shouldn't be a problem if you do that.

Okay, so I have miniPasta. I launched it and it threw me into the sysNand Official Firmware. I do not have the FBI on my Health and Safety App in the sysNand like I do in the emuNand. What am I supposed to do?

Hmm strange. Try having the FBI .3dsx in your homebrew folder. Boot into miniPasta, then while still on patched sysNAND, load up the HBL again, and run FBI.

after launching into sysnand, open decrypt9 and inject the fbi app
I already did the hs.app for the emuNand so now when I try to do it for the sysNand it shows "hs.app (!)" Would that affect the emuNand's health and safety FBI app?

SUCCESS!!! This worked perfectly! Thank you for all your quick replies guys!! You're all awesome!

It is strange that without the MiniPasta part, the CIA files installed through FBI.3dsx from the homebrew launcher fails to install. Again Thank You!:D

Haha, glad I could help :3 You'll have to do this for every GBA CIA you install, so it's best to install them all at once. Or use A9LH if you're not scared of taking a few risks. ~
