That is very strange. Virtually the only thing that I can think of is that your installed VVVVVV (from a .cia, I imagine) for some reason doesn't have a titleid of either 000400000007FD00 or 0004000000096100, and hence the installer isn't able to find it.
Maybe if you use emu/RedNAND then it might be looking at only either that or sysNAND when you've got VVVVVV on the other one.
Does this only happen on that one 3DS?
I have VVVVVV as a CIA on EmuNAND.

It is possible that the installer is failing to find/recognise your VVVVVV. The fact that it's a .cia installed on emuNAND may be the issue.

I wouldn't really know though, as I'm not an emuNAND user. Has anyone else installed VVVVVV on emuNAND but had no issues?

will they pull pokemon mystery dugeon next from eshop it has a physcail copy but they could stop production of unpatched copys

why did they pull ironfall and vvvvvv down but not oot and mystery dungeon and oot
Because they don't care if their nindie's games are down, but removing their big games could cause some bad PR and lose sales.
does nintedo pull the games or do the devs of the game pull it down
Nintendo, more than likely.

Almost definitely Nintendo.

Read the post I made a few posts back.
The only things I can think of are:
1. Probably more money to be lost and possibly greater damage to PR if they were to take full-priced first/second-party games off the eShop temporarily.
2. Games like VVVVVV are cheaper and hence more accessible, giving them more reason to be fixed.
3. If they were to fix the exploit in how OoT3D handles saves in an update it could affect compatibility with previous-version saves, and it would/might be difficult to do the 'you need the latest system update to play this game' à la Ironfall, given that OoT3D and PSMD are predominately cart-based games.

any way you only need to use the hax once and you can downgrade get a9lh and nintedo can never patch your system

Well, most people would just use OoT for that, because it's a cart so they can get another 3DS to install the entrypoint. Or CN or Sky3DS to cut out the middleman.
I think (V*)hax is good mainly for homemenu convenience (like what Ironhax was) on 10.7 now that Menuhax is dead.

nintedo should jsut give up patching these games they need to patch the downgrading exploit more cause that will allow people to downgrade and pirate games

Well they can only downgrade if they have access to these game-based entrypoints in the first place.

It's kinda sad how they had to take down VVVVVV just because of a secondary homebrew exploit, something that isn't even useful to us anymore unless you're having trouble using Smashhax to downgrade and need a secondary exploit too. VVVVVV is actually a really good game, one of the first I bought when I got my O3DS. And now, nobody will be able to experience it until they fix the glitch. :/

Agreed. V6 is one of the best eshop games. Then again, it's also available on Steam with more features (custom level editor).

He MAY not need to patch it, not "he does not need to"
In fact, if you look at the way he ordered his tweets, you can see that he most likely only tweeted that because he doesn't fully understand the terms of the homebrew scene.

He doesn't WANT to patch anything, but that doesn't mean it's a guarantee.

I don't think it was taken down when he wrote that, Nintendo probably contacted him and told him he can't sell it on eShop until it's fixed. Super easy fix though.
