Are there different shared_font.bin files? I can play Pokemon if I use a save (though crashes every 1-2mins), so I don't think that's the problem.
No. Shared_font.bin is identical to other bin files I believe.
But it will fixed the Fatal Error. In Pokemon ORAS, I'm stuck on the sneaking part(which I assume need a decent joystick or a C-stick to move it slowly). :(
Not sure why the player model appears on screen as it doesn't seem to appear on the 3DS. Besides, the last I tried that branch it had a memory leak.
Eh? Seems normal to me. :P

Anyone tried the systime branch that got updated recently? Time works without having to edit the code but it's off by 4 hours.

I've been trying to get Citra to work and haven't been having much luck.
I seem to have successfully decrypted a couple of roms I personally dumped for Kirby Triple Deluxe and Kid Icarus Uprising, but booting these does not work.
Kirby gets fatal errors, and Kid Icarus Uprising gets errors like not being able to get a handle on playcoin.dat.
The Kirby error apparently I need a shared_font.bin, where would I obtain this, like a 3DS homebrew to dump a system file?
The Kid Icarus Uprising error, sounds like I need something like a NAND dump put into the Citra folder. I did use Decrypt9WIP to dump my N3DS emuNAND and NAND Xorpad, and then use 3DSFAT16Tool to produce a decrypted nand.bin, but I'm not sure how I can use this.

Any pointers where to go from here? Very interested in Citra at the moment but it's been quite difficult getting it to work.
I'm using the N3DS + Filtering hack build that was graciously posted earlier, as these builds appear to be built from another branch from master.

He dumped it from his 3DS.

Haven't. But the recent one from your build makes the date a bit late. Here in my place is still April 30 and the game showed May 1.
First of all, Sun rises on the east and other Asian Countries are a bit late than the countries from the West.

Kirby Triple Deluxe boots for me the last time I tried and Kid Icarus not booting is a known issue. Did you dump the Home folder?

I am having trouble running game mario kart 7 in citra
The game stops and not work

I probably did not dump the Home folder, which is probably a required step for running Citra the first time.
I may've overlooked a guide somewhere?

Hmm, okay, looking at the Home Folder setup, the steps I was taking to dump the nand were the same.
https://citra-emu.org/wiki/home-folder
It seems like I do need to run that command prompt to mount and browse the nand dump rather than using the GUI to produce a decrypted nand.bin file. I'll give that a shot, thanks.

Is it possible to explain more
I am having a problem with a game Mario Kart 7 Only
Here's what you're missing:
  • Shared_font.bin(it's optional but can fix Fatal Error which MK7 have)
  • Home Menu(required dump from the 3DS)
That's all. I can't even go to the first race on MK7 especially disabling Shader JIT.

You should just download the nightly build from the citra website and copy the user folder from some other version then paste the files provided by leo. What i did notice is that the hangs are now at completely random. After restarting I got to May's house and then it hanged.

Oh. But I recommend you to save ALOT.
Going in to May's House, save.
Saving Birch, save.
Before leaving Littleroot Town, save.

That's why I've reached to the sneak part. Totally messed up the super rare Poochyena.

So the game stops working at May, and this is the error. What exactly is this error anyways.

[ 65.894295] Render.OpenGL <Error> video_core\renderer_opengl\renderer_opengl.cpp:DebugHandler:451: API ERROR 1282: GL_INVALID_OPERATION error generated. Texture name does not refer to a texture object generated by OpenGL.

Mario Kart 7 works for me without any special files.
Also does anyone know the fastest build of citra? (It can be official or unofficial it doesn't matter as long as its fast)
