I set up emunand and cfw and accidentally updated my sysnand on n3ds. Noob mistake I know. Can I just downgrade my sysnand again and have it all working since I already had emunand setup and working or do I have to go through the whole process again from the start? I have no problem with starting over, but a simple five minute fix is easier than an hour or 2 fix.
To clarify I was originally on 10.7 and downgraded using ninjhax.

Do I need to delete the folder in my sdcard with the unique Id from the upgraded sysnand or will it keep using that folder after downgrade
You'll want to ensure you have the boot.3dsx from starter.zip on your root, delete your Cubic Ninja hack by holding A+B+X+Y on the Cubic Ninja Menu, then re-scan the Ninjhax QR for 10.7 to re-install it (Enable your internet for that!)

By the way, are you following this guide? If not, I recommend it!

Your nands where linked ? If yes keep it, if not ... keep it too, we dont care :P
Just downgrade, get menuhax back and voilà.

After downgrade you can folow plailect guide to avoid problem like that :P

No my nands were not linked I used tiny format to unlink them. I was only wondering about the folder because of the space it takes up on the sd card. I suppose I'll just have to look and see if I have 3 folders after downgrading or just 2. I'll definitely follow the guide to keep it from happening again. I had updated my emunand and it rebooted into sysnand even though I selected the option in menuhax not to do that. I'll have to recheck all my options to prevent it and set up fake internet connections so it don't do that again.

Leave any files alone, just downgrade again. Not sure why no one here isn't just giving a straight answer.

If you installed A9LH this wouldn't be an issue.

See! They are crawling out of the woodwork!

Yes, some of us are trying to push A9LH onto others.
There is a good reason for this, the statement by @jerrmy12 is a fact.
What all of us want to accomplish is to have threads like these be a thing of the past. People should not need to worry about SysNAND updates removing CFW or accidentally bricking SysNAND and requiring a hardmod to restore a NAND backup.

How are you trying to prevent the other threads that are popping up all saying "Help, I bricked my 3DS while following the a9lh <insert guide here>"?

Here come the crazies screaming "a9lh" in response to an unrelated question. Is this the new norm?

Three words: Recovery without hardmod.

A9LH is very relevant in helping OP not go through this again after he re-sets up his 3DS. The only crazy is you trying to deny one of the biggest advantages of A9LH and the only unrelated posts are yours trying to start some kind of fanboy war.

This is no different than the people who brick doing the 9.2 downgrade. For the OP, they will need to take yet another downgrade risk and is really lucky 10.8 is not out yet or CFW would have been out of reach if downgrading is patched.

Also most bricks doing the A9LH guide are from people who did not follow the guide correctly. Some are from the random risk of doing any kind of downgrade however.
