None at the moment. Just make sure you're using the latest version of loadiine GX, and a good sd card i.e. class 10 or more.

You could try this

A user said it's working with wonderful 101 so maybe it's working for smd3w too.
Wonderful 101 is not made by Nintendo, Wonderful 101 is made by Platinum, and only a few games support cpk files, Bayo 1 and 2, Lost World, Wonderful 101, and Star Fox. You could try using SARCPack and yaz0enc and experiment making archives like that but I don't know if SM3DW is that flexible

if we can make files into a full pack , isn't there some paths to edit in the rpx to make the game reconize the edited files?

That's the thing, Star Fox was "flexible enough" to recognize the archive, and if SM3DW isn't "flexible enough" then yes you would. Don't know until someone tries it
