Hacking WUP Installer not installing

I am trying to install the newest update for Super Mario Maker and i have the files in the
"install" folder. But when I load the WUP website twice, then hit home, it shows a black screen with Install OK. Previously, I have gotten this message and still successfully installed the update. But, this new update won't install. I have enough space for the update, and I have given the update 20 minutes to install. What do I do? I have a picture of the files I have in my "install folder"

I am trying to install the newest update for Super Smash Bros. and give same error.
My wiiu is 5.3.2 (E) but it's spoofed to 5.5.1 (E)

If that doesn't work, try waiting 2 or 3 hours.

You can also install using WUP Installer from another site, like

I have encountered this problem too, sometimes the wupinstaller.com/wi website installs stuff, and sometimes (like for smash updates) it just doesnt work

I solved it by deleting the browser savefile, and self hosting. Havent had a problem since

Install XAMPP on a PC on the same network as your wii u. (home network). Open up the htdocs folder and create a new folder for all your web stuff. Stick all your exploits or web apps in that folder.

Browse to that computer IP on your Wii U using a link like this

http://(enter ip of your computer here)/(name of the folder you created)

For example here is my link that I browse to

http://192.168.11.169/GX2/

That's my IP so replace it with the IP of your computer.
