I wonder what "NEW 3DS CPU" means? Also,"Use developer UNITINFO'?
Dose "Enable splash screen with no screen-init" mean using splash screen and getting rid of screen-init?

Using splash will turn on the screen before entering emuNAND or sysNAND. That is if you use the non screen init fork of a9lh. I have it off and it only turns on screen before booting sysNAND.

"Added improved language emulation from @TuxSH (improves compatibility), fixed language emulation only working for the first launched game/app and not being applied on demos."
Really be grateful to him, he spent a whole day on this.
Also please give us some compatibility reports with this new version.

I tested all the games that weren't working before and they're all running perfect with the latest commit. Thanks so much!

If I have decrypt9 can I ditch emuNAND9? I only use updated sysnand mode. And I think decrypt9 does the same as emuNAND9 in terms of backup and restoring sysNAND and emuNAND.

First, "use developer unitinfo" gives you more details when something crashes rather than just "an error has occurred" but you will lose eshop access until you turn that option back off. The splash screen option is only relevant if you have a no screen-init build of a9hl, it lets you use a custom splash screen. If you are not using a9lh or just followed Plailect's guide then it won't make a difference.

As you may or may not know, the New 3DS has a faster CPU, however when running games not designed to take advantage of it the New 3DS will reduce (underclock) the processor speed to that of an original 3ds. The New 3DS CPU option lets you force older games to run at full New 3DS speed which can reduce lag/frame drops in some games such as Pokemon.

I have a 2ds with sysnand 6.0 EmuNand 10.7. I saw this and it confused me. O3DS support (on consoles which are on 7.x or greater). Does this mean I need to update my 2ds sysnand to a higher firmware to install? Also, I have rxTools right now and want to switch to this. All I need to do is remove anything associated with rxtools and copy the necessary files over to my SD card correct?

Last edited by JohnathanMonkey,
I've just tried latest beta build for language emulation with my New3DS(JPN) and Cubic NInja (JPN). Saddly not work.

Code:
txt filename = 0004000000034300.txt
inside of the text = USA EN
