Hacking Problems trying to convert CIAs on New 3DS

I have a New 3DS hyrule edition and I finished moding it using Plailect's guide ( https://github.com/Plailect/Guide/wiki ). I have been unable to convert 3ds to cia sense rxtools doesn't work on New 3ds. Trying to get the xorpads through decrypt9 doesn't work as it says it can't load seeddb.bin then it can't load the ncchinfo.bin. After much searching I still haven't found an answer so I'm turning to you guys and gals.
P.S. I am also looking to play DS roms and and older games (GB,SNES,ect.) So if you know the way to get them working and can help me with that too I would be greatful thank you.

first of all, rxtools does work on n3ds but anyway there are newer better alternatives now so forget about it
you can still decrypt cia and 3ds files with decrypt9, are you sure you were putting them in the correct folder on the sd card?
snes gba... yes you can play via homebrew or nintendo's official implementation of them in virtual console. ds roms, no, you need a ds flashcard.

Thanks for the fast concise answer. I was using 3ds simple cia converter to get the ncchinfo.bin and put it in the sd:3ds/decrypt9 folder. And you menchened newer better alternatives, what would did you mean by that?

lots of people use aureinand cfw, it's good

CakesFW is also a good option

Actually I have AuReiNand installed on my New 3ds how does that work for 3ds conversions? The last part of the guide I linked to in my first post was to choose between cakesFW or AuReiNand so I want with the latter because it was labled better for beginners.

Hi, i just did this procedere too and i want to help you

So if you are already on A9LH and followed the one (and only ) guide for it copy the ncchinfo.bin to the root of your sd card, boot your 3ds holding Start so it will load decrypt9. Go into XOrpad Generator Options and then runNCCH Padgen. This will create the files on the root of your SD Card, Press Select to unmount the sdcard, copy the xorpad files to the xorpad folder from simple cia converter. Load up Simple CIA Converter and press "Convert 3DS ROM to CIA"

If i remember correctly the root is the correct place for the ncchinfo.bin, if not then its under aurei/payloads but it should be the root one...

Hey I'd like to ask a side question before I try out the conversion fix. For playing DS games I was recomended a flashcard, which one would you recommend considering the setup I have which would work best? New 3DS, AuReiNand CFW running 10.7.0.

Even though this recommendation is said to be a little outdated, I still think the DSTWO is the best flashcard out there, though it's more expensive than others.

Well I tried this method and it worked great, everything worked without a hitch. Thanks everyone for helping me out on this issue and so fast might add. Now I only have two more issues which DS flashcard is best for my system (and were to get them) and making 3ds roms from the game cartridges I have. Thanks again for all your help.
