I'm just wondering where does the parental code is stored. I'm going to explain how to recovery parental code w/o master code.

I found the code on system setting save. it's not encrypted like psp.

Use godmode9 and go to sysnand/data/unique id/sysdata/
00020200 for jpn
00020210 for usa
00020220 for euro

Open 00000000 file with hexview mode then go to offset 000060F4 or D0F0. then you can see some secret.

I confirmed this on my Japanese new3ds. maybe the offset is bit difference on other region. if so please comment and let us know.

What would we use this for ?,encrypting and decrypting nand dumps ?
