These are just a few .cias I made with Rinnegatamante's Video Channel Creator, they show the intro video to certain games that aren't available on the 3DS. If you StreetPass someone, these nonexistent games will show up as your "last played". Kind of pointless and doesn't really serve any useful purpose, but people seemed interested and requested the .cias, so here they are:

EDIT: This will not show up under your "Favourite Title" or "Currently Playing" on the friends list. Setting it to your favourite will cause your profile to display your previous favourite. If someone views your profile while playing these videos, it will show a "Cannot display title" error under your "Currently Playing". The icon and title can only be sent via StreetPass, if someone attempts to open the "Show in eShop" link, it errors out.

Disclaimer: Although account/device ID isn't sent over StreetPass, I'm not liable for any bans etc. Use at your own risk!

Sorry, those were lost when a Windows 10 update completely destroyed my machine and everything had to be restored from scratch. I could try rebuilding a .cia file from the installed title on my console via Decrypt9 but that could take a while.

Please don't do that, using duplicate accounts to inflate subscriber counts is against YouTube policy and can get you in trouble.
