Hacking New update just dropped?

I'm using Tubehax to block updates, and I see a failed system update in the download queue. Anyone else seeing the same thing? Nintendo hasn't updated their "updates" log, is it just me, or did an update just drop?

Edit: I'm dumb, thanks guys. Just tubehax doing it's thing.

it's normal, that means tubehax is working it display that message even when there isn't an update

no; when blocking updates and you see a failed system update, that means the block is working.
