Hardware 3DS Capture Card

Hey, I've been looking at getting a 3DS capture card lately, I was wondering if anybody from GBATemp had one and could give me their thoughts on the whole process. I'm looking for somewhere in Europe preferably. Just hoping to get some peoples overall experiences. What firmware it was on. Mines still on 4.5 and I'm also quite worried If i did find somewhere they'd update it whether intentional or not.

I don't know how to catch these 3DS Capture Card because after emailed to manufacturer's shop it seems they don't sold their product only.
Need to send your console to them in Japan or buy a new console + Capture system already installed.

If somebody knows how to buy Capture Card product only, this information will interest many members.

Keity's store in Japan does offer the standalone capture card (console not included) for various 3DS models, and their blog includes installation instructions. I personally have not tried this before and cannot verify their quality.

I'm looking for somewhere in Europe preferably.

Merki appears to be a 3DS capture card seller in Europe, although these are a bit more expensive that Keity's. Again, sadly I can't give any personal experiences of using their wares.

On peut acheter seulement le Capture Card sans the 3DS console avec Keity. Il envoie la carte de capture à vous mais vous installez la carte dans votre 3DS.

They send you the card but you have to install it in your own 3DS.

Loopy produces higher quality capture cards (only heard Katsukitys failing).
Merki is the european reseller/installer for Loopys capture cards.

Unfortunaly, there is only a capture card for the old 3ds (non XL). Another capture card for new 3ds XL should be released within the next 2 months. I'm waiting for it too.

I'd love a capcard too, but I just don't feel safe sending my hacked 3ds to someone else. I don't want them doing anything that might make me need a hardmod!

Merki installs hardmods, too. I like to mess around with my device so i already got one.

I'd like to get a capture card, but installed internally, not the kind that adds bulk to the back. I have a nice grip that I still want to use with it. I'd also like to get a controller mod installed. Worried that one may interfere with the other depending on what I get. Any suggestions?
