Compile Heart has announced that a MMO(called Cyberdimension Neptunia Online) with the Neptunia characters is in development.
As for now we don't know on which platform it will be released but we'll hear more about it on April 14th in the next issue of Dengeki Playstation(Doesn't that scream PS4?).

I don't see how FFXIV's sub model is "bullshit". It's perfectly fine, the game is better than any F2P MMO out there.
Community is also a lot better from my experience.
