I have tried to find the pre installed apps using dev menu but I could only find the youtube app, for some reason the dev menu can't find the rest of the pre installed apps.

These are the apps I am trying to find the title id for:

Ar games

Pokemon picross

Face raiders

Activity log

Nintendo 3DS camera

Nintendo 3DS sound

It's intentional, DevMenu hides system cias (except for the web browser, and in its latest versions eShop and Miiverse)!

You can use FBI to remove those, if you know what you're doing...

BTW Youtube and Picross aren't system apps and will appear in DevMenu, you probably have the spotpass ads installed and not an actual cia!

You might want to check this out, it includes every app's title id you listed except picross https://3dbrew.org/wiki/Title_list#00040010_-_System_Applications
If you want to delete them, you'll have to use FBI, though I *highly* advise against this

I'm guessing you advise against it because the system apps are tied directly to the OS?
I'm just saying. I personally don't feel confortable deleting system apps, and besides there isn't much you can install to the NAND.
Besides FBI, there's nothing that will take up space whatsoever.

I'll just put the useless apps in a folder and never touch them again.
