Do you have any other connection on system menu? If no, then you may try to block updates urls on router or use proxy (check stickies). Also double check dns url, with all of this numbers it's easy to get one wrong.

EDIT: Another fact: from what i read sometimes it may take some time to the block to take effect (well, I got the block to work immediatly so I doesn't know).

i tried a little moment ago the snake's homebrew for wii u 5.5.X just to test,works perfectly,i tried a second time now and it doesn't work,i've a freeze with the mp4 panel

EDIT: it's nothing,i tried another website and it works
