Homebrew Update 10.7 and homebrew

Has anyone tried installing a non-cryptofixed seed.db game cia on 10.7 to see if they patched the trick where you can just go intoto the eshop to update the seed.db even for games you haven't legitimately purchased?

They didn't fix the kernel exploit and people can still pirate Video Games and on top of all that they don't know how to fix it properly or there just to dumb to have too, MY GOD NINTENDO STEP UP YOUR GAME! The kernel exploit was released a week ago, there's no way they patch this in a week
But probably they found an dangerous (for Nintendo) exploitable error in the things they patch that we never explored (maybe eshop ?)

They updated a few 3ds titles, like the browser and the eshop... Yeah it means nothing for the end user, but MAYBE since mynintendo is launching this week on japan, they are preparing terrain for another (big) update.
