Hacking New 3DS XL Downgrade = Pain in the B-hole!!

I have done this SysUpdater app like 50 times and it either gives a black screen or problem with CIA files....how many times does it take to do this!?

Are you using sysupdater or safesysupdater? sysupdater boots better. Also do you have the right downgrade pack?
(also i'm assuming "b-hole" means a-hole)

i'm using the SysUpdater for my firmware from this site: https://github.com/Plailect/Guide/wiki/Part-2-(Downgrading) and yes "b-hole" is the same thing as "a-hole"

Firmware? It don't think the 10.6 works with 10.3 (and below) and vice versa.

If your using Mac then you have to get rid of the hidden files, with hidden cleaner or another way

Edit:it may not solve the problem but it won't hurt and I think that's what ronhero was getting at

It's exactly the problem. Op needs to clean them out or spend a long time getting errors

I read somewhere that the 10.6 version is more stable. I downgraded first try from 10.6.

Although I have OOT + Powersaves, so it's much easier for me.

SafeSys should work regardless, and it ignores the Mac files.

Ok then you said you keep getting an error for cia files, are you using the right cia files?

And to be sure you cleaned the hidden files, and I no this may seem useless, you can run ctrxplorer.3dsx and you'll be able to see if the hidden files are gone easily(you can tell because you would literally have a double of every file but with an _ before it)

firmware 10.4-10.6 uses a new sysupdater with new hack that uses 3ds gpu for its hax..I downgraded my old and new 3ds in ust 1 try using the new sysupdater..

yes i have downloaded the right firmware....9.2U(full)n3ds and extracted the updates folder into the root of my SD card....

Just checked and 10.3 is the highest cart
