EmuNAND only. You can inject it to SysNAND if you have arm9loaderhax, but otherwise you'll get a black screen trying to boot it without rxTools. So I'd recommend EmuNAND only either way.

I don't think so. You'd probably need a backup of its nnidinfo.bin.

I broke my O3DS because I tried to downgrade when memchunkhax2 was still young, and had to downgrade to 2DS, losing over 120 games in exchange for piracy. I know that feel, bro.

Yes, that should work just fine. The SecureInfo_A file is you console's ID, so it should treat it as a completely different console.

Neat, doing stuuf online with a false serial number and trash nnid. So I can technically can ban my ex's Animal crossing game and her nnid/console, if I'm using a dump from her cartridge on gateway with her header, waiting untill she logs in and boom! get rekt bitch! or not? then switch back like nothing happened!

I don't know about that. Feel free to try it, but do it knowing that you may get banned or something from it.

I'd recommend you try it with a newly-made NNID so you don't lose anything important in that event.

Using the same NNID with different serials smells like soon to be banned.

Nintendo normaly locks the NNID to use it with only one console and serial.

Oh well, this brings me to a bad idea, don't try it or hit me.
