If you download it straight from FileZilla's site, you can bypass the Sourceforge malware bullshit.

Go here: https://filezilla-project.org/download.php?show_all=1

And download the ones not marked (recommended). It'll give you a ZIP file with the FileZilla executables that you can unzip and use from anywhere.

EDIT: You still download from Sourceforge but without its terrible installer.

Neat, sounds good. Now i just need to kearn how to do that with other open source software. Turns out open office is hosted in that hellhole to. Thanks bro
