Android [Android] Google Apps Not Working

This started yesterday. YouTube was not working. It kept telling me to check my connection and try again.
Today, Google Play is saying the same thing, and google docs will not sync.

Obviously, I've checked my connection on 4 different networks and with 2 different VPNs. It's not an issue with my network. I Uninstalled YouTube, but that's when I realized I can't redownload it using google play...

If you have access to a custom recovery, simply wipe cache. Done.

I'm using a samsung galaxy avant phone. Idk what "rom" I'm using.

I don't have that, but I cleared the app cache using the app info thing and it's still doing it.

Check your apps, is google play services enabled?
Are you sure no one tampered with your phone?

if you can root your phone then you can use adaway to restore default hosts file and it will work

Is the time set correctly on your phone? Google Play store, at least, shows that exact message if your system clock is out by more than a few minutes.
