Already did, I'm getting the graphical glitch after doing that. Everything else works as intended.

are you using the bootloader with screen init enabled? If you are that's the cause of your problem, not anything to do with my payloads

Take it off the card and boot again. If the system powers off after boot then you're good and just need to set up AuReiNand or something. If it doesn't, then rip

With the modified bootloader, ive got it booting aureinand perfectly fine, but hblauncher is giving me troubles. I want to set it to the A button but I always get a black screen.

You can't boot hbl from a9lh. Only from inside FIRM.

I cant use the updater from dark samus.

I put the two files on the sd but the n3ds turns on and then turns off, immediately. I have the install.bin renamed to arm9loaderhax.bin, and the stage0x5C000.bin inside.


I dont understand, I have the aureinand working on a9lh, and I cant recompile the otp because my sysnand is 10.6

It will only work from 9.x firm. If you have a 9.2 emunand it will work there. [3dsx]

Updater has issues on n3ds but has to be run from a9lh.

Same for me. It worked on my O3DS but not on my N3DS.
Both EU XL if it makes any difference. And the N3DS is on 9.0, not 9.2, if that makes a difference too.

You need to put install.bin renamed as arm9loaderhax.bin, and put both files on the root of SD card. After booting (blue led on), you should press A and the console should turn off itself.

You just need to launch from something with 9.0 FIRM by the sound of it. Whether that is sysnand or emunand depends on your current configuration.

edit: unless I'm misunderstanding something about what you're trying to do.

I've done it myself from emunand it works fine. Been in IRC with dark_samus.

Hi guys !

Wow, just updated arm9loaderhax to the screen-init version with CtrBoot/AuReiNAND/Decrypt9 (minimal without UI), and it works perfectly !!

But I just can't get Cakes to work. It says that my CETK file isn't valid, but it is... I'm trying to booting to SysNAND, would that be the cause ?

Sorry I don't know it's a known issue. I updated my n3ds this way with no problem. Still catching up, there're so many posts in this thread everyday. BTW, if the updater doesn't work, why not re-compile the 3dsx installer? Won't it work?
