Hacking An error occured

When I try booting into the gateway menu via spider exploit (go.gateway-3ds.com) it freezes for 2 seconds then goes back to the home menu and says a error has occured. Please save data in any software currently in use and then restart the system!

What firmware are you on? Do you have launcher.dat on the root of your sd card?

i have launcher.dat on my root and running 9.2.0. but i have accessed it before
