5.5.0 IOSU Exploit DIY!

Hi everyone, I work with Hoikem and we have now developed an easy way to get yourself IOSU! It's a very easy process, and even a child can do it!

Req.
A Wii U
TubeHax enabled
WiFi

0. Set up TubeHax
1. Go play Super DevClicker on your Wii U. It may not seem like it, but this is an important step. It causes your Wii U's RAM to start running hard for the next few steps to come.
2. Insert any game disc into the system. Then, immediately power off the Wii U. The keys are being loaded from the disc at this point, but if you shut off, the keys are now specially loaded when you turn it back on during this step.
3. After turning it on again, go into settings, and go to format your wii u while the disc is inside. This step is important - as the system formats, assuming you do it right, the Wii U will forget about the disc - now, during any time during the process, rip out the power cord.
4. Plug it back in.
5. Take the disc out by opening up your wii u. google how.
6. Turn it on, and you will see a black screen! Congrats! You have loaded IOSU on your Wii U!

Instructions unclear, the SNES won't turn on now, and it's displaying "An error has occurred. Hold down the POWER Button to turn off the power, then turn it on and try again." while a Starman from Earthbound is bouncing around on the top screen. Please advise.

That's supposed to happen. You should have CouchHaxx installed now. OP didn't mention it, but it's a much easier setup to access IOSU.

Alright, figured it out, I had to go to Moonside and not smoke shelves with @VinsCool, @ComeTurismO and Francois. By NOT doing that, I now have IOSU. Thanks OP.

Hmm. I only got iOS. I used apple maps to find the IOSU but I got stick in my couch in the ceiling. Stupid apple.

Maybe you should note somewhere that you're not responsible for destroying somebody' s device. Just in case someone actually tries to do this.

Yeah. I bricked my Wii U trying to do this.
Wii Uing my brick fixed it, though.
