When I tried it the second time it still showed the same thing, but the screen quickly went black. The exploit worked, but apparently it was supposed to tell me "installing FIRM0" and all that?

So how do I inject a CIA installer into my 10.5 sysNAND?
Open Decrypt9 with your sysNAND and inject FBI to the Health and Safety app.

I meant to say emuNAND. Open decrypt9 through your emuNAND.

(Fucking feels wierd saying that, no wonder I'm used to saying sysNAND lol.)
even though homebrew menu loads up decrypt9 won't work on 3.5 unless you can run 9.0 firm but you won't be able to because pressing L won't load emunand using the firm90.bin even though your emunand has been downgraded to 9.2 (atleast it doesn't load for me :/)

I want to do that but when I try to boot emuNAND using the 9.2 FIRM (holding L at boot), I just get a black screen.
so I'm not the only one. looks like the firm90.bin or something else needs to be fixed for us to be able to launch 9.2 emunand with 9.0 firm.

I want to cold-boot into a sigpatched SYSNAND without having to hold any buttons. Using the 9.0 FIRM. Hopefully, being able to Launch GW emunand via hblauncher_loader. Can this do it, or do I need to try Cakes instead?

Edit :I derped, you can do that by making that dummy file now to boot automatically into sysNAND.

With AuReiNAND it will boot into sigpatched sysNAND by default using the firmware.bin on the SD card. I believe you can take the firmware90.bin and rename it to firmware.bin and it will load the 9.0 FIRM on sysNAND.

Have you tried it?

oh lol, i thought you were going to try it out while on 10.5.
Oh, right, I don't even need to downgrade to 9.2. Regardless, it doesn't work. I guess the firmware90.bin file is faulty? Is there somewhere else I can find the 9.0 firmware.bin for ReiNAND?

My sysNAND is on 9.2 too. You can boot with the 9.0 FIRM? Decrypt9 works?
Yeah, decrypt9 works fine.

I am using a modified payload though, I'm not sure if that changes anything. But I am using the latest FIRM files. (Only thing different is that I can also boot into my 2nd emuNAND and that I boot into sysNAND with 9.0 FIRM by just holding L.)

Yes, that must be why. The payload I'm using was downloaded directly from the AuReiNAND latest release. Did you build the modified one yourself?
