Title. Is there something that i can use that replaces poke transporter, and maybe works with gen 4-5? Don't know of the PHBank does it since i haven't checked... but i can't use the real deal because for starters...

9.2 3ds, internet services are blocked

why not update emunand?

Because my 3ds refuses to accept the update and does some sort of crash loop. See:

And i'm not updating my sysnand, would be pointless because i'm not paying for pokebank

Not sure what other options there would be other than converting the pokemon directly from the saves and dropping them into pkhex

you can use TWLSaveTool to back up the save of a DS game, then use save editors to bring the pokémon to your gen 6 game. that's kind of your only choice for now.

Why don't you want to pay $4.99? Too expensive?
Because its too much of a bother to go to the store to get a 20$ card thatll be used for something i'll rarely use in the first place

For your emuNAND problem try to format your SD (before make a backup)
Both of the SD cards that i've used (4gb and 32gb) were completely formatted to fat32, is there a different way of going at it?

Thank gof that TWLSavetool came out... but what tools are there to convert 'mons to gen6? And to verify its considered "legal"

There should be PKHex. Just copy all your pokemons stats and stuff.

Your NANDs seem to be linked. Did you try unlinking them? And also did you try updating EmuNAND using SysUpdater?
