Okay, so can this be exploited?

Yeah, you want a crash that hangs the system, not an error message. then you might have something.
(although come to think of it, spider exploits were handled when the payload was bad)

It could be exploitable, but it's highly unlikely. And smea, yellows8 and all other devs have enough knowledge to find crashes that are exploitable, so theads like these are completly pointless.
