Are you using that dsp_dumper to get it to work? i'm not using that because chmm2 is loading for me, then i press install theme, and it says install and i get no error or anything, but when i exit out to home menu the custom theme is not there. would i be better off using the home menu ext data tool homebrew to install the custom theme?

edit: i've used both the .3dsx version and the .cia version, both within emunand and nothing.

Q) CHMM2 doesn't install properly my theme and it says Menuhax Mode: ON when i'm not using it, what can i do?
A)You must delete menuhax cache files from emuNand with menuhax_manager.

While using the cia v2.5 i keep getting a random error saying error opening zip file even though i dont have any zipped files in the themes folder
Edit: I turned off auto extract zips in settings and saved and i think that fixed it

Pretty strange, maybe the problem was caused by Netrecv. I'll have to check the code about this. Thanks for the report.

Read OP to know controls of CHMM2.

I just wanted to ask, apologies beforehand if this has been covered, but after setting up a custom shuffle, I tried entering the normal shuffle in the home menu to see what happens and it gave an error. Does that mean there's no easy way to get back the regular shuffle option with this installed? Other than, I guess, deleting the extdata folder, I mean.

When it gives you an error it should reset theme cache, so you don't have to delete extdata.
Just enter shuffle manager again after you got that error, you should be able to setup shuffle normally.

Yup

You can install theme on emunand using the CHMM2 .CIA application.
Simply install CHMM2 .CIA on your emunand, run it and install your theme :D

Edit : i think you also can boot Hombrew Launcher while you are in Emunand. So when you use CHMM2 hombrew, it will install theme on emuNand.

Thank you very much i was able to get it to work :)

Its works, but every time I installa Theme, menuHax dissapears, and have to re install it again, and then the theme dissapears... So... I cant install a Theme if I use menuHax?

Menuhax has to install themes with menuhax manager. You can't use homebrew to install themes or else it breaks menuhax, that's normal. Launch the menuhax installer with the body_lz.bin and bgm files in the right folder and then install themes that way if you really need menuhax (if you're doing this on sysnand, you may want to only change themes with the menuhax launcher for your sysnand but use CHMM2 on emunand).

False. CHMM2 v2.5 supports both Shufflehax and Menuhax.

It might not always works. I installed a theme on sysnand using CHMM2 v2.5 Homebrew.
It worked but i had to reinstall menuhax using menuhax manager.

Not really a problem

I see. Perhaps, then, MrLuigix64 needs the latest version to avoid that issue. The behavior he was describing really seemed due to the conflict that previously existed (as I understood it though it seems I was mistaken).

Is it normal that the Theme downloader only shows 15 themes as of now? There seems to be a shitload of themes on 3dsthem.es.
Search feature doesn't seem to work correctly either. It shows a bunch of themes and whenever I enter anything it shows a different set of themes which is always the same no matter what I input.

When it shows the first shown set, it means that search feature has provided no results so it will show popular themes.

Every time I boot up CHMM2, it says "Error: [string "?"]:327 cannot initialize Sound modulePA" And I deleted the Theme config. What do I do?
