Hacking Will the 3D in N3DS CFW be fixed?

Do people actually shut down their 3DS that often? I never shut it down unless I'm adding more homebrew stuff to the SD card.

It seems like every CFW I try has this issue with out-of-focus 3D on my New 3DS. I really don't like to have to close and open it every single time, especially since it's an XL. Is anyone even looking into fixing it with future releases of ReiNAND or some other CFW?

Reinand just posted today that he is going to look into it but it will be challenging. He didn't mention an eta though.

First off welcome

Second yea I shut mine down while not in use. After the menuhax fix and custom boot logo and custom splash on CRT I like being able to boot between a variety of things such as multi region emunands, enter GW for extra storage, pasta for all my GBA etc. I am more worried about battery life over time then anything else
