I have to install the AGB_firm patch to run GBA games?
I have the "An error has..." screen everytime I try to run a GBA game (pressing A while booting).

Unfortunately my 3DS 64GB card got corrupted, and continued to-do so when i restored it, Without an emuNand/SD backup i lost all my saves. However, thanks to many awesome tutorials online, I was able to restore my original 9.0 emuNand, update it to 10.5, formatted emuNand to relink my NNID, restored my original emuNand (got eShop/NNID/fixed eshop error 0222634) and restored my eShop titles and streetpass Took a few hours but very happy now

After getting reiNAND is all your data from your sd card gone along with game-data and saves? If so why?? DO I need to start all over in my games again?? I dont want to loose my progress in my games!

Should be like anyother cfw as u can switch to other CFW's as u wish with no effect on installed apps and saves

Hm? I don't have any game from out of my region :/... I only had my original data from my sd card. Further more... I went into pkmn shuffle (after re downloading) and it started all over. Now it's doing the same thing for my street pass mii plaza.
No tutorials mentioned or warned us about the loss of our sd data and game data.

Remove the ".bin", I removed it because OCD (it's not actually a "binary", more like a flag XD)

I personally checked that both N3DS and O3DS have perfectly-patched FIRMs, so you don't have a chance of corruption greater than any other CFW.

The pre-compiled version you have linked won't work? I already have that and have it set in my path.
