Hacking Makefile libwiiu issues

I'm trying to make a working hello world for 5.5.0, everything is ready as the hykem's guide says
but
when i follow these steps- "
If you want to build for 5.5.0/5.5.1, you first have to compile libwiiu for 5.5.0/5.5.1. For that you go into `libwiiu` and run `make`.
Now you can go into the `osscreenexamples` or `examples` folder and run one of the makefiles. The now compiled `code550.bin` in the `bin` folder can be used with Browserhax. Please note that not all examples may work with 5.5.0/5.5.1." i get this error "NotADirectoryError: [WinError 267]" why?

Could you give some details on what you're typing into the console and what kind of build environment you're using? cygwin?

Don't use cygwin64, just use cygwin.

why? the video says that if you have a 64 bit OS to download the x64 setup.
