Ok, so im trying to use Browserhax on my N3DSXL which is on 9.9.

I was able to bypass the browser update nags with 107.211.140.165 as primary DNS and 107.211.140.065 as secondary DNS.

When I try to access Google or go to a page, It gives me the error:

The Internet Browser Cannot Be
Used At This Time.

Please Check Your Network
environment or try again later.
Any suggestion's?
Thanks

Don't bump. You'll get answered when you get answered.
Anyhow, that message means that you can't use the browser now, no matter what you do (sans updating) because the browser was accessed after Nintendo blocked it on earlier firmwares. It's now stored in NAND that your browser is blocked.
You now have two options:

1. Update to 10.5 (you'll still have Browserhax and thus the ability to install Menuhax, but PLEASE DON'T DO IT ANYWAY! YOU'LL REGRET IT!)
2. Get Cubic Ninja (or OoT and Powersaves/a friend with homebrew to inject an OoThax save file), downgrade to 9.2 using SafeSysUpdater, set up emuNAND, make backups, unlink NANDs, and update emuNAND to 10.5. PLEASE CHOOSE THIS OPTION, EVEN IF YOU WANT ONLY HOMEBREW. Doing this will allow the installation of CIAs, and thus you will be able to run homebrew directly from the home menu, use the home button, etc. all while being on the latest firmware and immune to Nintendo's fuckery. And, if you're so inclined...
piracy. :hrth:

Now shut up and buy Cubic Ninja on Amazon. :ha:

I'll also add that I've seen no evidence to support the idea that blocking the nag serves any purpose whatsoever as @Petraplexity implies. The browser seems to throw that error when the update check fails (because it's been blocked), not when the update check fails and your browser has cached the previous check. The browser doesn't care what the cache says after 24 hours, that's why it is checking again. When the check fails, you're kicked from the browser.

In short, there's no bypassing the check outside of the race condition on New 3DS which @James310 describes above.

I've had Cubic Ninja since November 20th 2014.
Also, piracy sucks.
I got this to work by messing around with DNS's and self hosting Browserhax.

Anyway, thanks for your help everyone.
