Hacking RxTools Black Screen after updating EmuNand

After updating my EmuNAND from 10.3 to the latest firmware my RxTools fails to boot into EmuNAND . What can I do? I backed up my EmuNand about 2-3 weeks ago. Is that dump still good? Would I lose my installed cias etc.
P.s My ordinary firmware is 9.2 so I did not accidently update the normal system

I am bumping this thread for interest, I am having the same problem also. I updated my emuNAND on N3DS from 9.5 to 10.3 using sysupdater and with RxTools 3.0 nightly build from november, i just get a black screen.

I know my emuNAND is good, i run Gateway launcher primarily and emuNAND 10.3 launches fine in Gateway mode. Did i do something wrong? Or does RxTools 3.0 just not support over 9.5 emuNAND yet?

rxTools doesn't support anything above 9.5 on N3DS yet. If you want to keep using the latest firmware, I'd suggest reiNAND as that supports newer firmwares.

i had to go into emunand backup i had and change my theme. I think i dirtied it up with a menuhax install attempt or something. I changed it to "blue" then back to "no theme", did another backup of my emunand, and reran the 10.5 update and it worked fine.

Ohhhhhhhh I see, it all makes sense now! Lucky i made a 9.5 emuNAND backup!

EDIT: Does anyone know if ReiNAND has 9.0-9.2 MSET launching on N3DS yet? I read that it was a work in progress.
