Change DNS server ass suggested in OP, then use sysUpdater to upgrade to 10.3, then to downgrade to 9.2.

Sadly, it is. If you are on a FW >=9.9 (except 10.3), saw the nag AND have no other Hack ready...then your only chance at entering the home brew launcher (and launching sysupdater) is through Ninjhax and Browserhax.
This does not apply for N3DS. Entering the tubehax DNS and quickly launching the broweser after boot can still load Browserhax.

It works with Ninjhax 2.5 (up to 10.5) and you would be able to up/downgrade.

What you need to look out for is the MD5 posted on "that famous ISOsite". MD5s in the OP are different ones. I succesfully downgraded my N3DS 9.9 EUR with the update from the ISO site. Crosscheck MD5s with the download source, not the OP.

Read around.. I've seen reports of people using recovery to clear the nag. Then change DNS and launch bookmarked BrowserHax IMMEDIATELY after boot on N3DS (speed is key) YMMV

i am just hunting down the downgrade files and have downloaded it twice from differant sources and the hash does not match what is on the first page...

i downloaded 9.2.0-20E(full)_n3DS.zip and got this hash - AAA5960A3061DA1F08D944D8E7017BD6 what am i doing wrong?

It was stated in the original thread where those files exist, they'd been repackaged (changing the MD5). Not sure what was changed or why.

ok im all downgraded.... now to find that tutorial for cfw and coldboot into cfw ... anybody link the most up to date one and all unlinking etc stuff that needs to be done to load my games back into emunand

downgraded from 9.4.0-21 o3ds
took a bunch of different attempts for sysupdater to actually work as it would generally get stuck at 'press y to downgrade'. Tried some other mod-variants but no luck. The trick for me was to start sysupdater and mash Y as early (and as fast) as possible. did the job.
no bricks, no formats.
using decrypt9 now to dump my nand.
