Hacking New AP check games work with old sky3ds?

Doubt it. Probably someone sent them the temp files and they didn't bother checking if they have the ap checks...

hyrule warriors is pretty fun, but I've notice some slowdown when playing this on an o3dsxl, haven't tried on an n3dsxl yet.

Yep. This has happened for all the AP games - they get added prematurely. I guarantee they'll be removed from the next template.
