Hi,
Is there a RxTools for 10.4? I have tried looking everywhere for one. Sorry if I sound noob. Just got into this sort of thing today...

Thanks,

Custom firmware only works if your system is 9.2 or below
And you can only downgrade to 9.2 if your system is 10.3 or below

Rxtools will run upto 9.6 on thr new 3ds at the moment

O3ds can run upto the latest 10.5 i believe

I think the question was about sysNAND, not emuNAND.

If it's about sysNAND, there is a thread here mentionning the possibility of downgrading a 10.4+ firmware.

What is the difference between sysNAND and emuNAND?
Here's the very dumbed down explanation. SysNAND is the 3DS's internal NAND. It stores the firmware and all important information. The EmuNAND isn't really a NAND at all, but a secondary partition setup on the SD card that you can copy the contents of the 3DS's NAND to. With rxTools and other CFWs, you can have that secondary partition act as the NAND, allowing you to reap the benefits of CFW and newer firmware without having to mess with your SysNAND, so you don't have to worry about bricking it.
