Nintendo is basically nagging once again (means making an update that requires you to update before you gain access to wifi). I really want to continue hacking normally but I also need to connect to WiFi! Help me, please! What can I do? :O

Basically after pressing Y, pink dots appear in the bottom left corner.

We already know there's an update since... monday. Also, i'm pretty sure you don't need to update to access WiFi settings. If with "WiFi" you actually mean the browser, just update as Browserhax works on 10.5.

I'm downgrading to 9.2 but after I press Y, the screen goes black and a pink bar appears in the corner. I keep resetting since 6 hours ago and I wait 1 minute before rebooting.

Why do you need Wifi then?
Keep trying, just replace boot.3dsx with the sysupdater(safe one) and just keep booting it from menuhax until it works.

For trades, updating my dream town, wifi battles, ect. It's essential. Does that mean I'll have two boot.3dsx?
When you downgrade, the update file will be gone so the nag will go away, just don't put it into sleep mode with wifi on.
Rename your original boot.3ds to just anything else until you get the downgrade working. When you do, you're free to rename it back to boot.3dsx (however, I recommend using one of those boot managers once you downgrade)

So all I do is rename the boot file? And what happens if I put it into sleep mode with wifi?

10.3, European old 3DS. This week is the first week that I ever hacked in my entire life, I'm still a tech scrub ^^'.
Downgrade to 9.2 and install a CFW, you'll use the emuNAND like the "normal menu Home": you can stay in sleep mode, update without problem, hack and more

Yes, just rename sysupdater to boot.3dsx and the already existing boot.3dsx to anything else.
If you put it in sleep mode with wifi on, it will download the update and nag you.

After I did that, the screen freezes red when I try to enter homebrew via menuhax.
You'll be entering sysupdater every time rather than going through the homebrew menu which is why I told you to replace boot.3dsx with the one from the sysupdater folder.
Menuhax does not have a 100% boot rate so it is normal for it to fail from time to time.
