Hacking Gba games on EmuNand

GBA games goes all black when i try to play them on EmuNand please help me

Have you installed the gba game in sysnand as well? And have you installed the patched AGB_FIRM for your specific 3ds on the emunand?

I am having the same issue. How do you install the patched firm to emunand? I have it on sysnand but games still don't work.

Use the link that I have for the AGB_FIRM and use something to install it like FBI or Devmenu. It should say something like "this title is already installed, would you like to delete it and install this?" Just say yes. You can't brick your 3ds if the AGB_FIRM is messed up so yea. And if you dont have a cia installer installed you can either use an entry point(ninjhax, browershax, OOT3D) and run it with as a 3dsx verison or inject it into the health and saftey app.

Are you sure that the rxtools that you are using patches the AGB_FIRM?

Are you sure that the rxtools that you are using patches the AGB_FIRM?

I forgot to mention that I'm on reinand.. I followed that thread on how to do it, but it still give me the shut down the console screen now

What 3ds do you have? And i am on reinand as well. Alls i did was install the AGB_FIRM on emunand with FBI to NAND and I installed the game in sysnand SD card and emunand SD card

I never figured out how to make it work myself.

I tried from scratch with unlink eur emunand on a eur n3ds, us emunand on eur n3ds, patched both sysnand and emunand, install the same cia on both, it never worked from emunand (worked from sysnand)

I think it has something to do with rxtools... but not sure.

pathed AGB, installed on sysnand with FBI on pasta back on the days, now on rxtools NIGHTLY-2016-01-23 sysnand mode it still works (Originals and injected GBA).

Keep the original AGB_FIRM on the sysnand and install the patched AGB_FIRM in emunand. Make sure to change the destination to NAND.

the fact that it's not working on sysnand is realy odd... GBA VC should work on rxtool patched sysnand without efforts...

Okay I got it to work and here is everything that I did I formated my sd card and started from scratch. After formatting straight to the main source of the FBI installer and installed the latest version on my micro sd card. After that I installed themehax again using my sky3ds card with cubic ninja as my entry point but any other entry point will work like browswerhax etc. After all this I booted up the console and installed FBI.3dsx on HBL from the source of FBI Github version 1.4.1.7 or something like that. I than ran it in HBL and it gave me the signature is invalid. So I installed the agb firm file for new3ds and then after that I turned on my new3ds booted PastaCFW up and then I started the FBI.3dsx again once I was back to HBL and from that I could install my .cia files to NAND. I am happy as a clam and playing some Megaman Battle Network 6. Thanks so much man you are awesome most of this was common sense but I never in a 100 years would have thought to boot into pasta cfw go back into hbl and boot into FBI that was pure genius my friend thank you so much you ROCK!!!!

Iirc GBA doesn't work on N3DS with RxTools, works fine in ReiNAND tho.
