well, if i separate the Emunand from Sysnand, i will lose my Nintendo Network Profile
with all purchases in there (Themes, Games, Pokebank, Dlc´s, etc.)?
because I have to format the 3ds

After you format you sign in on eshop emunand and redownload.

Your nintendo network profile is tied to your 3DS, and your emunand is a copy of your 3DS's emunand, so you can just sign back in on your emunand after your done. As far as Nintendo is concerned its the same 3DS.

Yes your gamesaves will be erased and games installed,but if you bought them from eshop you can redownload them and you can back up your saves with savdatafiler.

Your NNID is only deleted if you choose to delete it from the NNID settings. A format will just unlink it from your console and from Nintendo's servers.

It will avoid unlinking your NNID from Nintendo's servers so that your NNID doesn't stop working in emuNAND. Also, it won't delete any of your games and saves.

Backup saves, format, redownload (yes download them again, lengthy process or not), restore saves. Go to chuck e cheese.

Your eshop account is on nintendos database so you can retrieve all your purchases. Only your save data/pirated games would be affected.
