Hacking Enable WiFI

Is there a way to enable wifi connectivity on EmuNAND only. So I can access eshop without the risk of getting the update nag on SYS.

While it shouldn't be downloading the update if you are in emuNAND, you can just configure the TubeHax DNS (107.211.140.065) on sysNAND only to prevent it from accessing Nintendo's servers.

If you stay in sysNAND, it should never download the update while you're using your 3DS, only when it is in sleep mode.

if your on sysnand 9.20 it will not nag u period or ever auto update its last sysnand wont auto update

I don't really understand what ssrpgvita is saying, but *yes*, the nag will appear on 9.2 (actually, on every system on fw 2.0+ iirc), if your console is in sysNAND WHILE in sleep mode, and isn't blocking any Nintendo server. If you're on emuNAND, if you set up the TubeHax DNS, or if you are using your 3DS, it will not download the update.
And even if you get the nag, you can remove it by entering safe mode (L+R+A+DPAD up) at boot.

best thing do if your worried is disable wifi ,if launch hbc hax or rxtools have wifi switch turned off..
load up browser click on bookmark u want then enable wifi launch exploit or cfw,only run wifi in emunand if your worried.
like above poster never eva put your 3ds in sleep mode,while in sysnand with wifi switch on.
