NTR's boot rate isn't 100%. Have you tried it a couple times (maybe rebooting Reinand in between)?

Its boot now, i have modified my previous post. So we can take screenshot with ReiNand CFW 3.1 only on pokemon game with the hotkey Select + X ?

As far as I know, yeah. If you need more robust screenshot support, NTR is the way to go.

I think he fixed one thing but it's still not 100% yet. There was a new commit a 3 hours ago for that but nothing since.

Updated to 10.4 fine. No need to change firmware.bin or anything else, just boot emuNAND, go straight into system settings, and update (don't back out).
