yah , it happen to me some times, just try to move it from the edge of the badge.

I've been trying for the past two hours. It wont move.

As I said, none of them work. After checking the available badges for me today, I don't need any of them. So, maybe tomorrow.

weird. the 50 plays code didn't work for me today (tried once with the free play you get initially, and another with the free play you get from the practice machine).

are you using N3DS too ?
they probebly changed thr address for N3DS today
because i just tried the code on O3DS and it still works.

nah, i'm on a US o3ds. my L button is starting to die, that might be the issue

regular O3DS or XL ?
my regular O3DS L and R buttons start to die , i had to blow on them every minute to work
i disassemble the 3DS and cleaned them , but i think i need to replace them.

i am worried on my XL. but hopefully nothing will happen.

I'm getting an Error Code: 022-2813 after badge arcade connects to my NNID. I hope this isn't some form of banning, and is just maintenance...

I'm pretty sure Nintendo's ban error code is 002-0102. The weird thing is that Nintendo's error code lookup doesn't show this code.
