Correct. Just make sure you are really in EmuNAND looking into System Settings obviously does not work to check that (the 3DS Resets/Reboots after leaving System Settings).

Can I play games stored on my sysnand with ReiNand, I mean games that require fw 9.9 ? ie. I have yo-kai watch but it won't boot on 9.2 because he need fw 9.9, so right now I want to leave all my current games and NNID and configuration intact on sysnand and use a clean emunand to play other games but also I would like to play the games still present on the downgraded sysnand.

Yes but as said as soon as you leave System Settings the 3DS reboots. And i dunno how you did set up your 3DS (autoboot, using CTRBootManager, ...) so you maybe reboot into sysNAND.

Beginner Tip: Just change the Icon Layout (or so ) to something different as the sysNAND so you alway know what you use.

It's possible to downgrade and install Reinand WITHOUT redownloading original games on N3DS?
I have a 100% legal N3DS with over 20GB of original content from eshop.

I really want to downgrade and setup Reinand but i don't really want to download EVERYTHING over again.

Its possible to do that?

Re-create the emuannd so its 9.2 or whatever, and then install using pasta, then update.

Does pirated DLC not work with ReiNAND? I installed Smash DLC and the only ones loading are ones I've actually purchased. Also can't play the Dual Destinies DLC. N3DS XL with EmuNAND 10.3.0-28U if it matters
