Hacking (FBI) Animal Crossing New Leaf Won't Install

Every single cia of ac:nl i've tried doesn't work. And yes, i've made sure it's the right region and that the cia is legit. The cia installer i'm using, FBI, keeps returning this error:

Did you make sure you had enough space on your SD card? Remember you need enough for the cia and the install, so about 1.5GB (I think) total.

Is this the first CIA you've tried to install, or are you just having trouble with it? Is this a legit CIA you're trying to install on sysNAND, or is this through emuNAND?

I've had so many problems installing with FBI that were fixed by using BBM.

Delete and Re-Install. It looks like it didn't install properly.
