Is there a way to mass delete all the themes on my 3DS? I installed a CIA pack of 100 and deleting them individually would take forever.

then the theme is gone and reverted back to non theme background.

Hmm, same setup but I have been using Rei's custom theme installer on N3DS but before I used to have this theme pack CIA installation using DevMenu on my O3DS.
You can try deleting the CIA you installed by help of DevMenu. You need to confirm the title id first though (try installing that CIA file again but don't actually install it, just write down the title id of it) and delete it. I don't have O3DS at the moment so can't confirm.

Search for the serial code in BBM that matches your region and delete it.

US: CTR-M-HMME-00
EU: CTR-M-HMMP-00
JP: CTR-M-HMMJ-00

If none of those show up for some reason and you still have your CIA, open BBM and select it. Note the Unique ID, and under programs find and delete it.

This did the trick, thanks.
