But I can still use rxtools normally and use the games without cheats?
I dont want to use NTR all the time

Yes as in run rxtools without running ntr.

Cheat wise, you choose the cheats you want on, and often you have to put a command to activate the cheat.
So you can easily have ntr on, but no cheat active, or cheats active, but not used due to command not used.

One last question. Do I need to put ntr.bin on the root of my sdcard? Or is that only needed for New 3ds system?
